BOMB EXPLOSIONS IN JALINGO, TARABA.
A round of bomb explosions has occurred at the building housing the Taraba state Ministry of Finance in Jalingo, the state capital.
The blast occurred, Monday morning at a road junction near the offices of the Taraba state governor at about 8:30am, ripping apart, parts of the ministry.
The number of casualties is yet to be confirmed but many of the civil servants who had just resumed duties for the week are said to be injured.
The spokesman for the state police command, Ibiang Mbasike, says the blast affected a large part of the building.
